Insurance

We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid (such as Family Care, Providence Assurance and Care Oregon) and are happy to bill them on your behalf. We also handle many managed care plans which are scheduled by Roxie, our referral coordinator. For self paying, uninsured patients, we provide at least a 30% discount for those who pay in full at the time of service when treatment is rendered.
