Our main office is in Northeast Portland and is conveniently accessible to patients throughout Portland and Southwest Washington. Our office is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been thoughtfully renovated to a state of the art medical facility using environmentally friendly construction and products. Appointments are being accepted Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Many of our more complex procedures (such as Mohs surgery, Photodynamic Therapy and laser treatments) are performed at this office.

We operate a satellite location at The Providence Milwaukie Healing Place building on the campus of the hospital where we see patients throughout the week.
